When did you stop playing Pokemon games? Have you even?


I stopped buying Pokemon games after yellow came out and really stopped playing playing after that. I downloaded like the Japanese Ruby Pokemon and a couple others and played each for maybe a 1/2 hour. It's been years now though. I did like Pokemon Snap though and the next one looks pretty good.

I have not stopped, I still play Sapphire and Colosseum, I plan to buy Ruby, Blue, Gold, Silver, FireRed, LeafGreen, any spinoff I don't got, and I might even think about importing Green Version for the hell of it.

Also, I anticipate Diamond and Pearl coming out for the Nintendo DS later on.

That's cool. I just seemed to lose my love for the game although I lost a lot of money on batteries with the first few games. After catching 151, they just started adding in a bunch of Pokemon I didn't even like. *Sighs* I didn't think it was worth it anymore.

Meh, I usually play on my GBA SP or NDS, so no batteries wasted.

I caught all 151 on Blue/Red/Yellow, but I have never gotten all 250+ on the rest of the franchise.

;D I still have yet to get a GBA because I'm always saving up for something else (currently my gaming fund which is about .35 is all going to the new Final Fantasy VII stuff). Good luck on your Pokemon catching quest!

I had stopped playing it awhile ago, and then I got bored and downloaded a rom of Emerald version in May. Right after I beat it, my file got erased so I downloaded it again, beat it, and it got erased again :'(

They have this really bad spin-off that's a Pikachu racing game. Pokemon = good. This game = bad.

I have a confession, dispite what I told my gramma... I still play pokemon. Go ahead, make fun of me. I don't care. I'm so getting Pearl version when it comes out, which is soon. I didn't get the rest of the pokemon games for DS cause my step brother, Justin, got them and they really sucked. I don't love it like I used to but it sure is fun playing, no replay value for me though, and I'd never let anyone catch something on my file and then save it. [image] I'll go catch it myself now turn that off! When I was younger I lived and breathed it, watched the anime, collected the cards, wore the shirts. XD Wow... now that I think of it it was kinda foolish, but I still like the games.

oh wow.... that was soo long ago. i played it when i was i think 15 last. wow. i think it was pokemon ruby, which i downloaded ofcourse. i stopped buying the games with gold because we needed to buy the gameboy advance. wow to be frank i havent logged in on this site for two years now... so bad.
