Seems like a silly topic, but there are scenes in anime that people just wanna shed a tear, y'know? I won't lie, I have cried a few times during an anime... but the one I cried most was Nuriko's death in episode 33 of Fushigi Yuugi.

I cried for hours after seeing Nuriko's death and I still cry whenever I watch it. I also cried for FY again when Hotohori died. I cried watching RahXephon when Hiroko died and teared up for Cowboy Bebop when Gren and later Spike died, but I didn't cry for Wolf's Rain although the last few eps were just depressing.

Does it count if we cried during a manga? I cried during Death Note (chapter 58/59)...

I often get emotional over things like brotherhood, friendship, yadda, yadda. But I am a guy and therefore am required by unwritten man-law to never shed a tear.
I didn't cry when Spike died, too busy saying that was a darn good anime. But I wanted to shed a few tears at these various times (I have a tendency to put myself in someone else's shoes):
S Cry Ed: Kazuma realizes that Kimishima is dead (death of a best friend) Full Metal Alchemist: various times (I don't really remember the when) Futurama: at the end of one episode about Fry's brother (love) at the end of another episode about Fry and his dog (more love for another) Cowboy Bebop: when Julia died in Spike's arms (felt his anger and grief)
There's a lot more, but I don't remember right now.
I'm an emotional sucker >.> <.< LICK ME!!!

Well... I shed a tear or two when I got done watching the last episode of Azumanga Daioh... Cause it was over and everyone was saying their goodbyes... When I read the last part on the Manga I really did cry though...and had those depression pains in my chest. I almost cried from being horrified on Evangelion when Unit 1 took part of that angels arm off and used it to rejuvinate its own arm, then started to feast upon the angel... Afterwards I was like "Giant robots dont eat! Thats unheard of!....AWESOME!" But yes I get very emotional sometimes...More on video games or manga than anime. On Tales of Symphonia (GameCube) When Genus doesn't make it out of that wall... that emotional goodbye made me cry.
