Ok, the anime's really good so far . The small changes they made like sequence they've changed the story a bit to compensate for it. They've even added a few scenes (like the Kirchwasser being taken away and Allen and Shion over Kervin's grave) to add more character to characters that aren't really important. However, they did take away/change a few very crucial scences in Episode 2.
They killed Cherenkov. It was very important that he lived, because his part in the storyline opens the player to this part of the Xenoverse (like the effect of the Zohar).
They didn't kill Virgil or even mention that he ate Realians. This was important because with Virgil's death a link between he and Febronia is revealed, he surpasses his existence, and the death sequence is the beginning in the chain that shows KOS-MOS's character progress. When she kills Virgil it shows that she is a heartless weapon following orders and through the game she begins to show emotions. The mentioning of Virgil's eating of Realian cores helps to explain what exactly a Realian is.
They have chaos already inside the deck of the Elsa. In the game he seems to appear from nowhere since the deck door never opened and KOS-MOS scans him because of this. This was a hint in the game that chaos was not human.
They didn't show chaos killing a Gnosis with his bare hand without the Hilbert Effect. This was important to the hinting of his non-human existence (since Gnosis can't be killed w/o the Hilbert Effect or something like that to sort of pull them completely into the dimension). Also the scene was hella awesome looking.
They also haven't shown the Durandal at the destroyed Woglinde. This was a great introduction to the Durandal and its crew and it later showed the control U-Tic has. They still can show this however in a flashback.
I am glad they kept Tony's hitting on Shion and the quarrel between Tony and Hammer. I think Tony's really really cool. I also like the new scenes they've added and the scenes they added by reordering scenes (like the fight between Ziggy and KOS-MOS.
