1. Take any grain bread.. (preferably whole wheat or rye) 2. Insert bread into a toaster. 3. If you have a modern toaster, you most likely have a number setting. If you like your toast light, you would choose a lower number, if you like your toast dark, a higher number. 4. Toast should pop out after a minute or so. 5. Apply butter or eat plain Enjoy!
