FUKUOKA Jan. 31 Kyodo - An employee of the Asahi Shimbun was found not guilty by the Fukuoka District Court on Monday of public indecency by exposing himself in a bus.
The prosecutors alleged that some high school girls witnessed the 44-year-old man, who has a prosthetic leg, exposing himself in the back of a bus in Fukuoka on March 1, 2004. The bus driver called the police and the man was arrested immediately.
Mase has an alter ego in Japan (You know if my mum found out how much I talk about him she'll like make me shovel his snow or something and that would suck). I don't understand how they could acquit the guy. What the hell did they want a photograph for evidence?
