Man seriously injured after minivan hits train in Yokohama
YOKOHAMA — A man was seriously injured after his minivan crashed through a train crossing gate in Yokohama and hit a passing passenger train Wednesday morning, police said.
The minivan driver was rushed to the hospital but no passengers on the eight-car train of Sagami Railway Co on the Sotetsu Honsen line were injured, according to the police. (Kyodo News)
The problem is bad driving. From the way I understand it, train crossing's in Japan are only possible to be missed by blind deaf people.
