What type of cheesecake should I make next? I have some cream cheese here that has to be used before long, but I'm not sure what kind I should make. Any ideas? I know I want to make something I haven't yet. I'm thinking of tryin a lemon meringue cheesecake. I'll add more lemon rind to the recipe, more egg whites and less yolks, and whip the whole thing y'know? How does that sound? Well, no matter what, y'can be the official taste tester Shel.

Yeah, mint with a chocolate cake base, but all the peppermint sticks went missing and fresh mint is pretty damned expensive. I love lemon meringue too! Trunks tastes like it!

Um, andy...you do know those are actual cheescakes right? Well, if everyone's free the weekend after next, I feel better, and convince the woman, perhaps cheesecake and ddr over my house?
