Am I the only one who found this movie sad? Bill and Beatrix were in love and it was kill or be killed. That's so sad. Even Budd's story was sad. He didn't want to really kill the Bride when talking to Bill. He seemed to have given up his life of killing for a miserable poor life working as a bouncer for an empty strip joint where he had to fix a toilet and sorta got fired from. It was such a depressing movie. I did however enjoy the directing especially how the flashbacks looked like old school Kung-fu movies. *strokes and flicks her invisible beard like Pai Mei*
What did you think of the movie?

The characters' stories are sad, but I didn't really see the overall movie as too depressing (though I'm sure it was supposed to be). I was more focused on the fighting and random bits of comedy *mimics Lina by flipping Pei Mei's beard*.

Overall, I thought it was good, sad to an extent. After Pai Mei stroked his beard like 10 times, I just got annoyed though. [kicks Pai Mei and whacks both Shel and Lina for the mimic]
